All cakes are made fresh to order using the finest ingredients. Choose from the flavours below — or ask about something not listed. All iced cakes are covered in a layer of white, milk or dark chocolate ganache and luxurious fondant for a flawless finish.
Vanilla & Strawberry
A traditional vanilla infused sponge layered with strawberry or raspberry conserve and creamy vanilla buttercream.
Lemon & Elderflower
A zesty lemon sponge infused with a lemon and elderflower syrup, layered with elderflower buttercream and lemon curd filling. One of my most requested flavours!
Chocolate Fudge
A rich, fudgy chocolate sponge layered with smooth Belgian chocolate buttercream or, alternatively, chocolate hazelnut buttercream for a bit of crunch!
Zesty Lemon
A lemon sponge filled with zesty lemon curd and lemon buttercream. Also delicious with raspberry conserve for an alternative.
White Chocolate & Raspberry
A vanilla infused sponge layered with silky white chocolate buttercream or ganache and raspberry or strawberry conserve.
Cherry Bakewell
An almond flavoured sponge layered with cherry or raspberry conserve and vanilla buttercream.
Salted Caramel
A caramel flavoured sponge layered with salted caramel and buttercream.
Sticky Toffee
Sticky toffee spice cake made with dates and layered with salted caramel, vanilla buttercream and toffee fudge pieces. Popular with sticky toffee pud fans!
Carrot Crunch
Deliciously moist carrot cake with hints of cinnamon spice and orange zest. Layered with orange or vanilla buttercream. Pecan nuts optional.
Coffee & Walnut
A coffee infused sponge made with or without walnuts and layered with coffee buttercream.
Mocha
A chocolate fudge cake drizzled with coffee infused syrup and filled with coffee buttercream.
Pumpkin Spice
Moist pumpkin spice cake layered with vanilla buttercream, salted caramel and pecan nuts.

Prices are based on vanilla flavour with strawberry conserve and vanilla buttercream with simple decoration and ribbon trim. Please allow a little extra for other flavours. Sugar decorations are an additional cost.

Can be personalised with names, ages, flowers, butterflies, hobbies and chocolates in your chosen colours. Minimum order of 12.
As each enquiry is different, please contact me for a personalised quote. I will do my best to meet any last-minute orders, but ideally at least 4 weeks' notice is required. Summer months and holidays get especially busy — please book early to avoid disappointment.
